The IT服务台 is FSU’s main provider of technology support to all students, faculty and staff University-wide, 校内或校外. We are committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of campus-wide technology.

Any critical Incident or Service Request should be initiated by calling the IT服务台 directly. Other technical problems can be reported via the 帮助台门户.

Need Immediate Help After-Hours?

请致电澳门十大赌城官方网站! Our after-hours help desk is available beyond our regular walk-in service hours. Our after-hours agents will handle calls regarding Canvas, account issues, and emergency outages. Other requests will be referred to and handled by FSU IT staff during regular business hours.
