FSU’s Master of Education in 学校心理咨询 Program is committed to educating students in three broad areas: Knowledge, Skills and Personal Awareness. You will become certified to work as school counselor at the elementary, middle and secondary levels. The degree offers flexibility in other areas of employment as well in careers such as admissions counselors, behavioral specialists, Head Start Family Engagement Coordinator and various other positions in social service and educational organizations.

  • Enroll with or without a background in teacher education. You can finish the program successfully and will be qualified for certification in Maryland as K–12 school counselors.

  • Participate in a program that follows the Council for the 认证 of Counseling and Related Educational 项目 (CACREP) standards for school counseling in the curriculum.

  • Complete no less than 500 hours of internship.

  • Choose to study full- and part-time. (Semesters of internship will require full-time commitment.)
